Voluntary work, work experience and internship opportunities

Station Linné offers students and volunteers a variety of  trainee positions. The offer ranges from office administration, cleaning, gardening and property maintenance to our popular training in insect taxonomy. 

If you would like to take part as an insect taxonomy volunteer you will have to commit to volunteering for at least five weeks, preferably longer. You will start with an introductory week which includes a unequaled education with a private teacher (scientist). Students who have completed this activity have gained unique knowledge in insect taxonomy and will be able to determine almost any insect to at least an order level anywhere in the world.Working with students and other volunteers is very important to us, so we offer a special  discount for the accommodation at Station Linné during your time here. But you are of course free to arrange your accommodation elsewhere as well at your own expense.

Volunteers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel expenses and Station Linné does not provide volunteers with insurance.
