At what time can I check in? Check-in is from 3 p.m. You can check-in at any time throughout the afternoon and evening. You will receive an SMS and email the day before arrival with information about the room number, entrance code and other check-in information. If you arrive before 3 p.m., you can check in if your room is ready. We know this on the same day.

When do I check out? Check-out is done until 10.00.

Do you have parking? Yes, we have ample free parking. You can drive up to the accommodation for loading and unloading, but we ask you to leave the car in the car park the rest of the time.

Is it possible to charge the car? We are working on it, but for now the nearest charging stations are in Färjestaden and Mörbylånga.

Can I bring my dog? Yes absolutely. We allow dogs in all rooms and common areas. Except where food is prepared. Please inform us that you have a dog when you book a room. We also ask that the dog is never left alone in the room.

What does final cleaning mean? You can make several additions to your booking. Among other things, cleaning of the room when you have checked out. You can add the cleaning at any time before or during your stay, right up until the day you check out. The alternative is that you clean the room yourself. Everything you need is in the cleaning station, städstation. You will find the cleaning routines we ask you to follow in the room. If you have booked the suite/family room, final cleaning is included in the price.

When can I order the breakfast buffet? You can add the breakfast to your reservation when you book the room or do it directly to us on site. Choose to book for the entire stay or day by day. If you have special requests, gluten-lactose-free or vegan, we would like to know at least one day in advance.

Do I bring my own sheets/towels? You can do that, or you can add our package of sheets/towels which will then be in the room when you arrive. If you have booked the suite/family room, sheets/towels are included in the price.
