Predominating vegetation (alphabetical order): Anemone pratensis, Filipendula vulgaris, Galium boreale, Globularia vulgaris, Helianthemum nummularium, Helictotrichon pratense, Juniperus communis, Oenothera biennis, Prunus spinosa, Sedum acre, Thymus serpyllum serpyllum

 

Additional notes:
The trap was protected from snooping cows (picture 3 to the right) by electric fens. The strange red “thing”, reaching from the stone wall to the ulterior end of the trap is one of the National Road Administration’s plastic road marking snow sticks. The sole purpose with the stick was to stretch up the trap.
